Inside the beam, Japanese high-carbon steel (made to JIS G3506 standards) maintains flatness across the windscreen for a uniform, streak-free wipe. The aerodynamic centre spoiler increases downforce, keeping performance reliable even at higher speeds, while preserving a sleek, modern profile.
The wiping edge is produced from durable chloroprene (CR) rubber, delivering outstanding resistance to ozone, UV degradation, and harsh weather exposure. A patented graphene coating further enhances the wiping action for smooth, silent operation straight out of the box. In addition, AirFLEX blades feature an Advanced Wear Indicator Dot that changes colour to clearly signal when replacement is required.
With 74 part numbers covering over 90% of vehicles with flat blades — including the latest BMW and Audi models — the range delivers extensive coverage. AirFLEX Twin packs add further convenience, providing both blades in one box.
