Our department heads meet regularly to review progress, share ideas, and identify opportunities for improvement. Each manager ensures that their department’s performance aligns with and contributes directly to our company-wide ESG goals. In addition, we employ a dedicated ESG and Quality Manager who helps us stay accountable, measure our progress, and keep moving forward.

We are proud to hold a Silver Award from EcoVadis, a globally recognised platform that assesses businesses on sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR). This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical practices and to building long-term, responsible relationships with our partners and customers.
SME Climate Hub
We are also proud to be officially committed to the SME Climate Hub initiative, joining thousands of businesses worldwide taking action against climate change. By signing the SME Climate Commitment, we have pledged to measure and report our emissions, halve our greenhouse gas impact by 2030, and reach net zero by 2050. This reinforces our dedication to responsible business, environmental care, and continuous improvement throughout our operations and supply chain.
We are on a mission to eliminate plastic from our packaging wherever possible. To achieve this, we have already made significant changes, including:
Replacing plastic retail clamshells with recyclable cardboard boxes
Replacing plastic hanging tabs with cardboard alternatives
Removing inner plastic bags
Replacing plastic seals with paper seals
Switching to paper-based packing tape
Using recycled cartons
Shredding unusable cartons for use as protective packaging
Working only with FSC-certified print providers
Minimising unavoidable plastics and ensuring biodegradable or sustainable options are used wherever possible
We are working hard to reduce and offset our carbon footprint, making ELTA more sustainable in every area of our operations. So far, we have:
Converted all warehouse and office lighting to energy-efficient LED systems
Transitioned all company vehicles to hybrid or electric power
Partnered with a waste management provider offering 100% recycling
Reduced product transportation through consolidated ordering and optimised container loading
Introduced a Cycle to Work Scheme and encouraged public transport, car sharing, and hybrid working
Continued collaboration with EcoVadis to measure and improve sustainability performance
Committed to reviewing our energy suppliers at every contract renewal to identify 100% renewable options
