About the Role

We are looking for a Data and Photography Assistant to join our busy catalogue and data team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, an interest in photography, and a willingness to learn new skills in the automotive aftermarket industry.

You will play a key role in ensuring our product data and images are accurate, complete, and up to date across major platforms such as MAM Autocat and TecDoc, using our xChecker system.
Full training will be provided, but previous experience in data entry, photography, or image editing would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the data team in maintaining and updating product information using xChecker.

• Upload and manage data across external cataloguing platforms including MAM and TecDoc.

• Identify and fill gaps in product imagery, taking and editing photos where required.

• Support the creation of consistent, high-quality product images for use in catalogues, websites, and marketing materials.

• Ensure all data and images meet brand and technical standards.

• Work closely with the product, marketing, and warehouse teams to locate, prepare, and photograph components as needed.

• Maintain an organised digital image library.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and basic image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar).

• An interest in photography and visual presentation.

• Ability to follow structured processes and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Team player with good communication skills.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in data entry, catalogue management, or product photography.

• Knowledge of automotive parts or previous experience in a warehouse, product, or marketing environment.

• Familiarity with MAM, TecDoc, or xChecker systems.
